This 500+ page anthology is the accompanying catalog to the large-scale retrospective exhibition of the work of Carlos Cruz-Diez, first held at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston in 2011. Carlos Cruz-Diez: Color in Space and Time features more than 150 works, ranging from the early, rarely published figurative works, to interactive series that continue to this day, to architectural projects in public spaces around the world. The volume features an interview of Cruz-Diez, a selections of his own writings, essays by Mari Carmen Ramírez, Héctor Olea and texts by Frank Popper, Jean Clay and Alfredo Boulton.
